An t-ainm agus an Dáta Breithe céanna a bheith air agus atá ar an bhFoirm NVB1. Grianghraf soiléir a bheith air a mheaitseálann an t-iarratasóir. A bheith roghnaithe as an 4 rogha thuas amháin agus gan a bheith as dáta.

1. Ráiteas Bainc ó bhanc aitheanta (ní iasachtóirí príobháideacha ná Revolut)
2. Ráiteas Cumann Foirgníochta, Ráiteas nó Leabhar Pas ón gComhar Creidmheasa
3. Bille Fóntais (i.e. gás, leictreachas, teilifís, leathanbhanda, dramhaíl & ceadúnas teilifíse)
4. Comhfhreagras ó ranna rialtais
5. Litir ó Chomhairle Áitiúil ag deimhniú cónaithe Roghanna Cruthúnais seoladh baile Ainm iomlán an iarratasóra a bheith air agus ar pháipéar ceannteidil. A bheith mar sheoladh reatha an iarratasóra agus mar atá ar an bhFoirm NVB1. A bheith dátaithe laistigh de 6 mhí ón dáta sínithe ar an bhFoirm NVB1.
2. Tar éis don scoil an fhoirm a sheoladh chuig an bhForas gheobhaidh an t-iarratasóir cuireadh ar ríomhphost dul tríd an próiseas ríomhfhiosraithe ar shuíomh na nGardaí.
3. Beidh ar an iarratasóir eolas futhu féin a líonadh ar shuíomh na nGardaí. Déanfaidh an Foras an t-iarratas a dheimhniú.
4. Gheobhaidh an t-iarratasóir nochtadh ar ríomhphost. Beidh an nochtadh le roinnt leis an bPríomhoide ar ríomhphost nó tríd an nochtadh a chur i gcló.
5. Más iarrastasóir san aoisghrúpa 16 go 18 bliain d’aois atá ann, ní mór an fhoirm NVB3 (thíos) a chur leis an ngnáthiarratas NVB1, í líonta ag tuismitheoir/caomhnóir. Ní féidir iarratasóirí faoi 16 bliain d’aois a chur tríd an bpróiseas.

Information for Applicants
1. The applicant will complete the invitation form in line with the guidelines and they will provide proof of identity and address to the school in line with the guidelines -
Photo ID Options
1.Passport from country of citizenship
2. Irish Driving Licence or Learner Permit (new credit card format)
3. Irish Certificate of Naturalisation
4.National Identity Card (EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens)
Have the same name and Date of Birth on it as on the NVB1 Form. Have a clear photo which matches the applicant. Be in date and be chosen from the above 4 options only.
The ID must...
1.Bank Statement from a recognised bank (not private money lenders or Revolut)
2.Building Society Statement, Credit Union Statement or Credit Union Passbook
3.Utility Bill (i.e. gas, electricity, television, broadband, waste & TV licence)
4.Correspondence from government departments
5.Letter from Local Council confirming residency
Proof of Address Options Include the applicant’s full name and be on headed paper. Be the applicant’s current address and match the address on the NVB1 Form. Be dated within 6 months of the date of signature on the NVB1 Form
2. Once the school has sent the form to An Foras Pátrúnachta, the applicant will receive an email inviting them to go through the vetting process on the Gardaí website.
3. The applicant will be required to complete the process online within 30 days. An Foras Pátrúnachta will review the information provided and forward to Gardaí for completion.
4. The applicant will be sent their vetting disclosure by email. The disclosure should be shared with the relevant principal by forwarding the email or by printing the pdf attached in the email.
For applicants of 16 to 18 years of age, the NVB3 (below) form must be completed by a parent/guardian in addition to the NVB1 form. Applications for people under 16 years of age cannot be processed.
